Cancellation / no show Policy

Due to the nature of our business, we require a 48 hour cancellation or rescheduling for any appointments (including group appointments) that are over 2 hours. A 24 hour cancellation notice for all other appointments. We reserve the right to charge 100% of the cost of services if a client does not show for an appointment and may require prepayment for all future appointments. We also reserve the right to charge a fee for cancellations not within the appropriate time frame.  If you hold a series for services and do not cancel within 24 hours, we may deduct from the series.

In order to hold appointments, a credit card number will be taken for all new clients to our spa. Any appointments or services which require 2 hours or more or, are $200 or more will also require a credit card on file.

Gift Certificates

Lindsay Taylor SPAtique gift certificates are available for any amount and are redeemable for Lindsay Taylor SPAtique services and products. You can purchase gift cards online, by phone (508-366-2260), or at our location in Westborough.  Gift Certificates can not be redeemed for cash and are non-refundable.
